Dachang Bao Xiaochang (Small Sausage in Big Sausage) This snack takes its name from the wrapping of a glutinous rice sausage around a Taiwanese pork sausage, both of which are grilled. The sticky rice sausage is slit open and filled with peanut powder, cucumber, Chinese parsley (cilantro), pickled mustard greens, Chinese basil and, lastly, the smaller pork sausage.
