Gothenburg, Sweden

I was just introduced to Natalia Maks’ wonderful photoblog (Hat tip: Blowhard, Esq.), and I’m loving the variety of both bright, colourful, cheerful northern European cities and towns such as this set here, and this set, as well as African nature photography like this set. Check her site out! 🙂

Gothenburg is the second largest city in Sweden, and it has a lot of interesting corners. Go browse Haga,  a 19th century  working class district where all houses were built out of wood. Now, it’s cute residential area, and a couple of charming touristy streets. Even there fish market is beautiful with floating flower pads in the river next to it, and a fun sculpture in front of the entrance.
